— Our History
2005: HopeBridge was founded by a small group of community activists in [Founding City, State], inspired to tackle food insecurity in their neighborhood.
2010: We expanded state-wide, launching our first Mobile Food Pantry, serving rural and urban areas alike.
2015: In response to community feedback, we introduced healthcare outreach clinics and after-school tutoring programs.
2020: Amid the pandemic, we scaled our Disaster Relief & Preparedness initiatives, deploying rapid-response teams to assist affected families.
2025: Today, HopeBridge operates in all 50 states through over 100 active projects, driven by thousands of volunteers.
